Specialized production of biscuits

In today’s world businesses are constantly becoming more deep and specialized. Tasks that could be done by one company, now have parted into several jobs. This kind of specialization happened with the aim of increasing the quality of products and services.

In Farkhondeh, we have been producing biscuits in a specialized way for 60 years; From the year 1961, when the late Haj Abdullah Vaez Shoushtari, set up the first biscuit cooking workshop in the center of Iran in Isfahan, after working as an confectionery company.

Until today, when we are operating in Isfahan industrial town with numerous production lines, the only specialized product from Farkhondeh, is a biscuit (guest of your house). Having the ability to produce a variety of other food products in Farkhondeh Group, we consider the specialized production of biscuits as our main priority to maintain the original and permanent quality and taste.

We are known as the main producer and exporter of biscuits in Isfahan.

By beginning of the new century, we have “the production of new biscuits and the development of exportation to more countries” as our our agenda.

Special attention to consumer health in the production of biscuits

Wheat and other grains are the basis of Farkhondeh biscuit products. We select wheat from the country’s best farms. Wheat and cereals in the production of biscuits will be approved by Farkhondeh Laboratory, which are non-transgenic and have been approved by the authorized laboratories of the Ministry of Health.

The consideration of health of the consumers has always been our main approaches in the production of biscuits, for example, a group of Farkhondeh products that contain bran and barley are produced from whole wheat flour. These products are a rich source of fiber and therefore their consumption is very useful for people with indigestion, because fiber prevents indigestion.

The central health of Farkhondeh products is also pursued with more vigor in the production of the company’s new biscuits. Multi Cereals Biscuits are a clear example of this series. Like other Farkhondeh products, are produced with non-transgenic oil, plus 50% sugar diminished due to the use of natural nectar of figs, dates, berries and grapes. And no flavours have been used in its production.

The usage of trans fats is prohibited!

According to nutrition science findings, trans fats increase bad blood`s cholesterol and decrease good cholesterol. This in turn increases the risk of cardiovascular disease.

At Farkhondeh, we have been using non-trans or zero-zero oil in the production of biscuits for years, a privilege that many of the foods on the market have not yet achieved or valued.

We also do not use the following ingredients to further protect consumer health in Farkhondeh products:

  • Any Preservatives
  • Any Artificial Sweetener
  • Any Artificial Colors

Industrial cooking process with the presence of "Khalifeh"s

The Khalifeh brother’s experience as a skilled chef for restaurants. He worked as a sweets and biscuits baker. He gained a lot of experience in the production process and with the history like him, we have learned the most important aspects to produce a product with excellent quality and lasting taste. (things like the amount of raw materials, composition of ingredients, cooking time, time of adding ingredients and so on…)

Although, industrial production in Farkhondeh production lines is fully mechanized and automated, Farkhondeh Company also considers traditional confectionery. Khalifeh brothers did the research and development. We still use their valuable experience in improving the baking process and improving the taste of biscuits.
